Kirloskar brothers ltd. The company claimed that communication by five companies “was selective and incomplete, possibly making a deformed picture for shareholders.”

KBL has stated that except for these major details, these companies misled investors and regulators and suppressed physical facts about SEBI status on disclosure requirements related to family settlements.
The company emphasized that SEBI’s order on December 30, 2024, ‘clearly’ ruled that DFS made indirect sanctions on companies, even though they were not a direct signator.
According to KBL, SEBI’s order clarified that disclosure of such family arrangements is mandatory “whether listed unit is a party,”, because regulation of LODR rules is intended to ensure complete transparency for investors.
Letters also highlight the possible severity of such laps in the light of SEBI repeatedly emphasis on accurate and complete revelations to protect interests.
