US President Donald Trump hosted a high-power group of technical officials at the White House on Thursday (September 4, 2025), researching artificial intelligence and researching investments that make companies across the United States.
“It is taking our country to a new level,” he said at the center of a long table, which he has described as “high IQ people”.
This was the latest example of a delicate two-way courtship between Mr. Trump and Tech leaders, many of which participated in his inauguration.

Mr. Trump has attracted attention to the attention of some of the world’s most successful businessmen, while companies are keen to remain on the good side of the mercury president.
While the authorities praised Mr. Trump and discussed his hopes for technological progress, the Republican President was focused on the dollar signals. He went around the table and asked the officials how much they were investing in the country.
Mark Zuckerberg of Meta, who was sitting in the authority of Mr. Trump, said $ 600 billion. Apple’s Tim Cook also said the same. Beautiful Pichai of Google said $ 250 billion.
“What about Microsoft?” Trump said. “This is a large number.” CEO Satya Nadella said that it was up to $ 80 billion per year.

Missing musk
Elon Musk was particularly absent from the guest list, once a close associate of Trump who was assigned to run the government’s efficiency department. Mr. Musk made a public breakup with Mr. Trump earlier this year.
Instead, one of the rivals of Shri Musk was in artificial intelligence on the table, Sam Altman of Openai.
Another reflection of transferring loyalty to Shri Trump’s world included the Dinner, who founded the payment processing company SHIFT4, the Dinner.
Mr. Isaqman was a Mr. Musk’s associate chosen by Mr. Trump to lead NASA, only to withdraw his nomination because he was “a completely a democrat” in the words of Mr. Trump.
The dinner was expected to be held at Rose Garden, where Mr. Trump recently confirmed the grass lawn and established tables, chairs and umbrellas, which looks similar to an outdoor setup at his Mara-e-Lago Club in Palm Beach of Florida.
But due to bad weather, the authorities decided to transfer the incident to the White House State Dining Room.
AI education work force
The event was followed by an afternoon meeting of the new Artificial Intelligence Education Task Force of the White House, which was chaired by the first female Melania Trump and some technical leaders participated.
