At a time when major information technology (IT) companies are getting ready to reduce the workforce due to most coding jobs being done by Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents and due to stress in the global economy, full-process Digital, a sub-$ 100 million revenue US-based company has decided to expand its co-ordination to hire more than 100 people from next year.
The company that deployed hundreds of AI agents in the premises said it was working to work with AI agents, which was working shoulder to shoulder with humans to increase efficiency and ensure early delivery to customers.
“We continue to hire employees. We have not reduced the number of employees. However, programming has improved using AI, 25% to 30% of our programming is now being increased by AI agent. So AI agents are now coding for us.
He said, “We are maturing on our AI coding journey for our own development work. And we are measuring the adoption percentage inside the company. It has definitely given an increase as it has created speed and more value in a short time. We have also added the human workforce to meet our customers’ demand,” he said.
He said that the current employee strength of 50 people in Coimbatore at the company’s South India Development Center will increase by 150 people by the end of next year.
“We are imagining to be 3,000 employees in the next two years [organization] And I am hoping that from 150 we should visit about 300 to 400 people in Coimbatore. And at that level we will look for our own premises or building, which we can give home to the people there, ”he said.
He said, “Apart from people, we want to add more AI agents as well. Therefore, I always say that when we become 1,800 people this year, we will have 300, 400 AI agents who will co -exist with our team members,” he said.
He said that apart from accelerating coding, the company will have more AI agents doing development work.
He said, “A similar approach is happening in Coimbatore. We will have about 500 people and I am expecting 100 AI agents, as well as 500 people are working for us.”
The company has a budget of about 7 to $ 8 million for the Coimbatore Development Center.
According to experts, AI has already started driving fees in business organizations.
“Generative and agent AI are no longer experimental; they are making real changes in companies,” said Munjay Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Data Science Solutions Provider.
He said, “We are seeing a clear change for controlled production from pilots, especially in areas such as marketing operations, supply chains and sales operations. Agentic workflows are developing from simple automation to semi-autonomous systems that increase teams instead of changing them,” he said.
He said that by bringing the intellect to the work level, AI was making the equipment processes self -reliant and smarter.
“This change is directed by a deep focus on strong governance, human-in-loop inspection and responsible scaling,” he said.
He said, “It is not about cost cuts-it is about construction capacity. As AI Mature, it is giving rise to hybrid talent models and collaborative ecosystems where humans and intelligent agents thrive together,” he said.
