Enforcement Directorate searches are over, say Reliance Group companies

The Reliance Group firm Reliance Infrastructure (RINFRA) and Reliance Power (RPOWER) said on Sunday (July 27, 2025) that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had concluded the discoveries in its premises and the companies would continue to cooperate with the agency.

Both companies of Anil Ambani -led group said that they would continue to cooperate fully with the ED, including their officers. He said that the said action had no effect on his business operations.

RINFRA said, “Action by ED has no effect on business operations, financial performance, shareholders, employees, or any other stakeholders of the company.

“RCom has been undergoing the corporate insolvency resolution process as per the insolvency and bankruptcy code, 2016 for more than six years,” said this.

RPower also said the same, saying that the company continues to work in its general course and the said action had no effect on its business operations.

The ED on Thursday (July 24, 2025) began searching several complexes associated with the group on the alleged money laundering and financial irregularities, which were running for crores of rupees, and the search continued until the third day on Saturday (July 27, 2025).
