Suzay Kapoor, an Indian industrialist and Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor’s ex -husband, died on Thursday (June 11, 2025) after a heart attack in the United Kingdom.
Kapoor was the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Sona Commentar. In a statement, the company said, “It is deeply saddened that we announce the untimely passage of Sona Commentar, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Sona Comment, after a sudden heart attack in England, UK at the age of 53 on 12 June 2025.
The statement said, “A visionary leader, Mr. Kapoor, played an important role in shaping the Sona Comment in a global mobility technology company built on innovation, stability and purpose,” the statement said.
The company said that details about the memorial system will be shared in the appointed time.
Sunajay was the ex -husband of actor Karisma Kapoor. The couple became daughter Samaira in 2005 and son Kian’s parents in 2011. In 2014, Karisma and Sanjay filed for divorce through mutual consent. His divorce was finalized in 2016. After separation, Sujay married Priya Sachdev.
