India’s goods, services exports may cross $900 billion this year: Piyush Goyal

The export of goods and services of India during 2025-26 is expected to cross $ 900 billion despite global economic uncertainties, with Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal.

Despite the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Israel-Hamas war and uncertainties due to the red c crisis, the country’s overall exports touched a high time of $ 825 billion against $ 778 billion in 2024–25 in 2024–25.

“We have crossed exports of $ 825 billion last year, we are certainly crossing $ 900 billion this year in all this global upheaval,” he said while addressing the Indian Trade delegation last night.

The ministers are in Stockholm on an official visit to meet their Swedish counterparts and companies to promote trade and investment between the two countries.

Apex Exporters Body Fioo has estimated that the export of overall goods and services of the country is expected to grow from more than 21% year-by-year to $ 1 trillion during 2025-26.
