French videogame manufacturer Ubisoft said on Thursday that it has set up a subsidiary in which China’s Tencent would invest 1.16 billion euros ($ 1.25 billion).

The group said in a statement that the new subsidiary, about 4 billion euros, the killer’s creed, the remote Roe and Tom Class’ will bring six brands together. This step is expected to be completed before the end of 2025, it was added.

After Bloomberg News, Ubisoft’s shares rose in mid -March, when he reported that the video manufacturer was demanding investors for a new unit, with invited bidders to tensent.

The new subsidiary will include Tom Clansy’s Rainbow Six, the killer’s creed and remote chrying teams, which are located in the Canadian cities of Montreal, Cubek, Sherbrook and Saguneya, and to develop any new game in Barcelona and Sophia, as well as in Barcelona and Sophia.
