A unit of Ola Electric has settled its outstanding amount with the Vehicle Registration Agency Rampurta Group, the electric scooter manufacturer said on Tuesday (March 24, 2025).

Ola Electric said that Rosmerta will now withdraw a petition to take the unit insolvent.

Earlier this month, Romarta Digital Services filed a petition against Ola Electric Technologies, alleging a default in payment, but not mentioned the size of the default.

Ola Electric also stated that a mismatch between the sales data and government registration data provided by the company in February was due to interaction with its vehicle registration vendors.

The company said that the backlog raised by data mismatched has been cleared, but the government has sought information about the matter.

Ola Electric’s shares are a record of a record at least slightly as it has informed the investors of the insolvency petition, but is about 27% below even after listing on August 2024.
