Infosys BPM introduces AI Agents to ensure better efficiency, accuracy in invoice processing


Infosys’s Business Process Management Arm Infosys BPM on Friday announced the launch of AI agents for invoice processing within the Flagship Infosys accounts payable on cloud solution.

Powered by Infosys Pukhraj, innovation would redefine challan processing from an autonomous AI-first perspective from a human-powered, AI-supported model, the company said.

According to Infosys BPO, designed to operate autonomally, the solution takes advantage of AI agents equipped with advanced decision -making abilities to handle complex business scenarios with precise and speed.

The autonomous AI-first approach enables end-to-end workflow management, allowing AI agents to handle dynamic processes, change business logic and to perform complex tasks with minimal human inspection, claim the company.

The solution was developed in the US restaurant, the Middle East, North Africa and Kazakhstan in close collaboration with the out-of——-st to Kazakhstan and close collaboration with the Quick Service Restaurant operator, with more than 2,600 restaurants. Construction on the successful deployment of accounts payable on cloud solutions for American, Infosys BPM was now integrating agent AI to make its invoice processing largely autonomous, further enhances its efficiency and precision, further said.
